Why weddings? We enjoy meeting with couples, getting to know their story and crafting the perfect dessert to complement their style. Every couple and wedding reception is unique and the dessert should be a reflection of their taste.

What should people know about what you do? We’re perfectionists and love finding solutions for challenging situations. Also, we bake everything from scratch in small batches.

What new wedding tradition do you want to get more love? Interactive Stations: Hors d’oeuvre Receptions, Miniature Dessert Tables, Photo Booths. Anything that encourages guests to get up and move!

What is your favorite part of the wedding? The Father Daughter dance. We know it sounds cheesy, but we get teary-eyed every time. There’s just something special about sharing that moment in front of everyone.

How does your style differentiate you? What sets you apart? We are a full service dessert company. We make sure that the dessert table coordinates seamlessly with the other elements of the event. We offer rentals, floral arrangements, custom menu/flavor signs and guest favors. We work closely with our clients to offer customized services.

What do you wish you had known when you started working with weddings? How fun it can be! We only worked on 4 weddings our first year in business. Now weddings are a major component of what we do. We not only enjoy getting to know the couples we work with, but love working with other vendors as well. We are continually inspired by the work of those around us. A great reception is a collaboration of many wonderful people.

What are brides and grooms going to see from you at the February event? We’ll be showcasing one of our gorgeous dessert tables. Small bites of heaven beautifully displayed so guests can choose their own desserts. Selections can include: tartlets, macarons, mini cupcakes, brownies, cake lollipops, cookies and more!

What do you wish you had known when you started working with weddings? To take the time and develop an intake form that covers ALL the particulars and then some.

Are your clients mostly from Minnesota? We’ve been operating for almost 1 year, and most have been local, but our national recognition is growing.

What are brides and grooms going to see from you at the November event? Cupcakes, macarons and stylish, pretty ideas for decorating a table.

I use local ingredients and enjoy working with each couple to come up with unique and personalized desserts that represent the couple.    I love creating innovative flavor combinations, but have an appreciation for the classics as well.  In addition to cupcakes and French macaroons, I also do dessert buffets with a variety of bite sized desserts options.
